These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 777det ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating a 777det account, accessing the platform at 777det.app, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference — specifically the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules.

777det operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. The platform provides access to live dealer casino games, slot titles, sports betting markets (including cricket, football, and kabaddi), card games including Rummy, and crash-format games including Monster Mine. All services are provided in English and all account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Use of 777det is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of a corporate entity, agency, or third party.

• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or responsible gaming restriction that prohibits your access to gambling platforms.

If 777det determines at any point that an account is being operated by a person under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit, minus any winnings generated. Winnings generated on an underage account are forfeited in full.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of 777det complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. 777det makes no representation that its services are legal or available in all jurisdictions. By using 777det, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited under any law applicable to you personally.

Registration Requirements

To use 777det's paid services, you must complete the account registration process in full. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and a unique password. You must not impersonate any other person or use false identity information at any stage of registration.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active 777det account. The existence of multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 777det reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances without compensation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any other person. 777det will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether authorised by you or not.

Account Information Accuracy

You must keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If your registered mobile number changes, you must update it promptly via Account Settings or by contacting support at [email protected]. Providing false or outdated information — particularly relating to payment details — may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending reverification.

All 777det transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no foreign currency conversion fees and no international wire charges. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account is registered to a different individual — are not permitted and will be returned or held pending investigation. 777det does not accept cryptocurrency, prepaid vouchers, or any payment instrument not listed in the table above.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible. Before a withdrawal request is approved, 777det may conduct identity verification and require documentary confirmation that the withdrawal account belongs to the registered player. Withdrawals cannot be processed while any bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding on the account.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 777det reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳50 to dormant account balances after written notification to the account's registered contact. Account balances are not forfeited and can be reclaimed upon reactivation by contacting support.

Welcome Bonus

New 777det players are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited automatically to the account — no promotional code is required. To qualify, the first deposit must be a minimum of ৳500. The welcome bonus is available once per player, household, device, and payment account.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds — including the welcome bonus and any subsequently awarded reload bonuses, free bet credits, or cashback — carry a wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount unless an alternative requirement is specified in the terms of the individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be met exclusively with real-money gameplay; bonus funds placed on games contributing less than 100% to wagering are subject to the contribution rates set out below.

Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date the bonus is credited to the account. Any unmet wagering requirement at the point of expiry results in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance. Real-money balances are unaffected by bonus expiry.

Promotion Changes

777det reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions take effect from the date of notification and do not retroactively affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered. Seasonal promotions — such as those tied to BPL, IPL, or Eid — carry their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

777det is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of balances:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including Rummy, live dealer tables, or sports betting syndicates operating in breach of these Terms.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the 777det platform. All gameplay must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of price differences across betting markets with the primary intent of generating guaranteed profit regardless of game outcome, where such activity is identified as abusive to the sportsbook.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors in odds, or game malfunctions to generate profit. Any winnings arising from a demonstrable software error are void.
• Fraudulent Payments: Initiating chargebacks, using stolen payment credentials, or making deposits via accounts not registered in your name.
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one 777det account simultaneously or sequentially for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Match Fixing: Any involvement in the fixing of sporting events on which 777det offers betting markets constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will be reported to relevant authorities.

Sports Betting

All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. 777det reserves the right to refuse any bet, restrict maximum stake sizes on specific markets, or void bets placed after an event has commenced where the system has accepted a bet in error. Voided bets are returned as stake to the account balance in full.

Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international series, and test matches — are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant cricket governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or reduced in overs, settlement rules specific to the market type apply as published in the sportsbook help section.

Live Casino

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi studios. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome is determined by the dealer and recorded by the studio system. If a full disconnection prevents a round from completing, the stake is returned to the player's account. 777det is not responsible for disconnections caused by the player's internet service or device.

Crash Games

Monster Mine, Aviator, and other crash-format games use a provably fair multiplier algorithm. The result of each round is determined before bets are placed in that round — the multiplier is cryptographically seeded and cannot be manipulated by 777det or by the player. Cash-out instructions must be submitted before the crash event; late cash-out requests submitted after a round has concluded are void.

Rummy

777det's Rummy tables — covering Points Rummy, Pool Rummy, and Deals Rummy variants — operate under standard South Asian rummy rules. A player who declares with an invalid hand (an illegal meld) is penalised according to the variant rules displayed in the game interface. Disputes arising from Rummy hand settlements must be reported to support within 24 hours of the relevant session; claims submitted after this window may not be reviewable.

777det may suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where it determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. In cases of suspension pending investigation, 777det will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected timeline for resolution via the account's registered contact details.

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your 777det account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 3 business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory identity verification. Bonus balances with outstanding wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their access to 777det for responsible gaming reasons may apply for a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion directly from Account Settings or by contacting support. Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary, enforced, or due to self-exclusion — all pending bets in active markets will be settled according to the outcome of those events, with resulting balances (if any) returned where applicable. Access to historical bet records and account statements is available upon written request within 90 days of closure. After 90 days, archived records may not be retrievable.
